Return & Refund Policy

Cement can handle a lot. A bad delivery day is not one of your problems — here's exactly how we sort it out.

Returns

Every coaster is cast to last, and natural pores and slight surface variation are part of the cement character, not a defect. Because of this, we accept returns only where an item arrives damaged or defective — we don’t offer change-of-mind returns.

  • Window — tell us within 7 days of delivery.
  • How — email connect@kalpatit.com with your order number and a few photos of the damage, including the packaging.
  • What happens next — once we’ve confirmed the damage, we’ll arrange a replacement or a refund at no extra cost to you. If a return pickup is needed, we’ll organise it.

Refunds

For confirmed damaged or defective orders, our first offer is a replacement. If a replacement isn’t possible or you’d prefer your money back, we’ll issue a refund.

  • Refunds are made to your original payment method.
  • Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days; your bank or card provider may take a little longer to show it.
  • Where applicable, the refund covers the price of the item and any shipping you paid on a damaged order.

Cancellations

Need to cancel? Email us as soon as possible after ordering. If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, we’ll cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has shipped, it follows the returns process above.

What isn't covered

To keep things fair and clear, the following don’t qualify for a return or refund:

  • Change of mind or ordering the wrong quantity.
  • Natural pores, tone shifts and minor surface variation inherent to cast cement.
  • Damage caused by misuse, drops or wear after delivery.
  • Requests made more than 7 days after delivery.
